Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Bina (binaagent.app and each organization’s address under it), run by Pele Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using Bina you agree to them. If you use Bina for an organization, you agree for that organization too. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Your account
Bina is by invitation: an organization’s admins decide who has an account there. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens in your account, and should tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Your agents act for you
Bina’s agents are AI. They can misunderstand you, make mistakes or get facts wrong, so check their work before you rely on it. When Bina asks you to approve an action, such as sending an email or changing an event, read it first: once you approve, it happens. You’re responsible for the instructions you give your agents and for the actions you approve.
Connected accounts and websites
When you connect a Google account or sign an agent in to a website, you let Bina use that account for you, within what you ask your agent to do. Connect only accounts you’re allowed to use this way. Those services’ own terms still apply to you. You can disconnect an account at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Bina to:
- break the law or anyone’s rights, including their privacy and intellectual property;
- send spam, or harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone;
- reach accounts, systems or data you’re not allowed to;
- spread malware, or attack, overload or probe Bina or anyone else’s systems;
- get around Bina’s limits or security, or resell Bina without our permission.
Your content
What you send your agents, and what they make for you, stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run Bina for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.
Changes and availability
Bina is new and keeps changing. We may add, change or remove features, and it may sometimes be unavailable. If we stop offering Bina, we’ll tell you ahead of time where we can, so you can save what you need.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using Bina at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Bina or other people at risk.
Disclaimer
Bina is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We don’t promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that what agents produce will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Pele Labs Ltd isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of Bina. Our total liability for any claim about Bina is limited to the amount you paid us for Bina in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing.
Changes to these terms
We’ll post changes here and update the date above. If a change matters, we’ll tell you in Bina before it takes effect. Using Bina after that means you accept the new terms.
