Privacy Policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

Bina (binaagent.app and each organization’s address under it, like your-org.binaagent.app) is run by Pele Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”). Bina gives people and teams AI agents that can work with their email, calendar, files and the web when they ask them to. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Your account: your name, your email address or WhatsApp number, the organization you belong to and your role in it.
  • Signing in with Google: your Google account’s email address, and when you accept an invitation, your name and profile picture. We use these only to know who you are.
  • What you send your agents: messages, photos, files and voice messages. Voice messages are transcribed on our own servers.
  • What your agents keep: conversations, drafts, tasks, schedules and the notes an agent keeps to remember how you like things done.
  • Connected accounts: if you connect a Google account to an agent (see “Google user data” below).
  • Websites your agent signs in to: if you sign your agent’s browser in to a website, the browser keeps that site’s session so the agent can use it for you.
  • Notifications and logs: if you turn on notifications, your browser’s push subscription; and technical logs (such as IP address, time and errors) that we use to run and secure Bina.

Google user data

When you connect a Google account to an agent, you choose to give Bina access to:

  • Gmail: to search and read your email and its attachments, write drafts, send email, and label, archive or trash messages.
  • Google Calendar: to read your calendars and create, change or delete events.
  • Google Drive: to find, read, create and edit your files.

How we use it. Only to do what you ask your agent to do, and to show you the results in Bina. Before your agent sends an email, moves mail to the trash, invites people to an event, changes or deletes an event, or replaces the content of a file, Bina shows you exactly what it is about to do and waits for your approval in the chat.

How we store it. The tokens Google gives Bina are kept on our servers, readable only by the service that uses them, and are never sent to your browser. Email, events and files your agent reads become part of that conversation and are stored with it.

Who sees it. To work on your request, your agent sends the content it is working with to the AI model that runs it (provided by Anthropic or OpenAI). The provider processes it only to produce the agent’s answer, under settings that do not let it use the content to train its models. We don’t share Google user data with anyone else, except as described under “Who we share information with”.

Limited Use. Bina’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don’t sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve or train AI or machine learning models. People at Pele Labs Ltd don’t read it unless you ask us to (for example, to help with a problem), it’s needed for security or to investigate abuse, or the law requires it.

Disconnecting. You can disconnect a Google account in Bina at any time: Bina then deletes its tokens and, unless another agent still uses that account, revokes its access at Google. You can also remove Bina’s access from your Google account’s third-party access page.

How we use information

  • To run Bina: sign you in, run your agents, and send you notifications.
  • To keep Bina working and secure: fix problems, and prevent and investigate abuse.
  • To tell you about changes to Bina or to these policies.

We don’t sell personal information and don’t use it for advertising.

Who we share information with

  • Your organization: your organization’s admins manage the accounts in it. What you do with a company agent can be seen by the other people who use that agent.
  • Service providers that run parts of Bina for us: hosting and networking (Vercel, MongoDB Atlas, Cloudflare), the AI models that run agents (Anthropic, OpenAI), and WhatsApp when you sign in with a WhatsApp code. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
  • The law: when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us.
  • A change of ownership: if Pele Labs Ltd or Bina is sold or merged, under this policy.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep your information while your account is active. Deleting an agent deletes its conversations, files and memory. Disconnecting a Google account deletes its tokens. To delete your account and everything in it, email hlandao@gmail.com: we’ll do it within 30 days, except for what the law requires us to keep.

Security

Bina is served only over HTTPS, signs you in with sealed session cookies, and keeps your data on access-controlled servers. No service is perfectly secure; if you think your account has been misused, tell us right away.

Children

Bina isn’t meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We’ll post changes here and update the date above. If a change matters, we’ll also tell you in Bina before it takes effect. Using Bina is also subject to our Terms of Service.
